Terms & Conditions — eb88 Platform Rules & Player Obligations

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "eb88" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the eb88 online betting and casino platform, accessible at eb88.im, including all sub-pages, services, products, and features made available through the platform.
• "Player" / "User" / "Account Holder" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on eb88 or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a player on the eb88 platform, used to access all betting, casino, and cashier services.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a player's eb88 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), comprising deposits, winnings, and applicable bonuses less withdrawals and losses.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any real-money stake placed by a player on any sportsbook market, casino game, live dealer game, or any other wagering product available on the eb88 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cashable promotional credit credited to a player's account as part of a promotional offer, subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process conducted by eb88 to confirm a player's identity, age, and eligibility in compliance with responsible gaming standards.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the eb88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You must register only one account per person. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all stages of registration and verification. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be self-excluded or voluntarily excluded from the eb88 platform or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or re-registration.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any form of legal incapacity, guardianship, or court order that restricts your ability to enter into contracts.

eb88 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account if, in its sole judgment, the eligibility criteria have not been met or can no longer be confirmed.

Players may register an account on eb88 by completing the online registration process and providing all required personal information. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. The registration process requires the following information at a minimum:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document.
• Date of birth, which must confirm that the applicant is aged 21 or above.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification messages.
• A valid email address that is solely controlled by the applicant.

Following successful registration, eb88 may initiate a KYC verification process at any time, including immediately after registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other point during the account lifecycle. During KYC, you may be required to submit copies of:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your registered address.
• Screenshots or confirmation of the payment method used to deposit funds, confirming it belongs to you.

Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials at all times. eb88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. All financial transactions on the eb88 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). eb88 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods. The following terms govern all cashier activity on your eb88 account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit amount per single transaction may vary depending on the payment method used and is subject to change at eb88's discretion with reasonable notice.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your eb88 account within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating institution's processing times.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days.
• All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. eb88 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. eb88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• eb88 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly for large amounts or in cases of suspected irregular activity.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once in full before a withdrawal request is submitted may be subject to a processing review. eb88 reserves the right to deduct payment processing costs incurred in cases of suspected bonus abuse or deposit cycling.

All transactions are recorded in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate. eb88 cannot reverse a transaction sent to an incorrect payment address provided by the player.

The following rules govern all bets and wagers placed on the eb88 platform across all product types, including sports betting, live in-play markets, casino games, live dealer tables, and crash games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. eb88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where eb88 determines that an obvious pricing error occurred.
• eb88 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds offered were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance in full.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension during significant match events (wickets, goals, timeouts). Bets accepted during a suspension period may be voided at eb88's discretion.
• eb88 sets maximum bet limits per market and per event. These limits vary by sport, event, and market type and are displayed in the sportsbook interface at the time of bet placement. eb88 reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns.
• Winnings from casino games and slots are determined by the random number generator (RNG) certified for each game by the relevant third-party game studio. eb88 does not influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within a specified timeframe, eb88's individual sport settlement rules shall apply. Players should refer to the relevant sport-specific rules section within the platform for full details.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering will be voided and the associated account will be permanently closed without return of funds.

eb88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to the player's bonus balance. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must meet specified wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Only wagers placed on qualifying products and markets count towards wagering requirements. Certain game categories (typically live dealer games, low-margin table games, and specific crash games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. • Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to existing deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. If reached, no further real-money wagers will be accepted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the platform will automatically log them out and require a deliberate action to resume play.

• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, eb88's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

eb88 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or entirely free from malicious code or interference from third parties. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis.

eb88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the eb88 Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support.

• Receipt of a lawful instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction to suspend or close the account.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting eb88 support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed for cause (i.e., due to a material breach by the player), eb88 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and, where fraud or a material breach is confirmed, to forfeit the balance entirely.

• Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or the financial terms of using the platform — eb88 will notify active account holders via email to their registered address no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the eb88 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of any verified balance prior to the effective date of the changes.
• Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of existing terms, and updates that are required to comply with applicable law — may take effect immediately without prior notice.
